iPad BIDDING

Our interactive live bidding system adds a competitive edge to your event. Bids are placed on iPads found on each table, with bids displayed in real-time on leaderboard screens.

Brochure BIDDING

Our brochure bidding provides guests a tactile way to participate in the auction. The bespoke design of these brochures adds an elegant touch to the event and enhances the bidding experience.

QR Code

Our QR code bidding system uses convenient branded tent cards or stickers, allowing guests to easily access and participate in auctions through their phones. Ideal for events with high mobility.

Online Bidding

Our online auction service offers seamless customisation, transforming it into a natural extension of your brand, allowing your audience to recognise and associate the event with your unique identity.

Digital auctions provide a modern, automated platform ideal for larger events or when engaging a broader audience. They encourage competitive bidding and are well-suited to events with high attendance or remote participants.

Sealed brochure bidding offers a more traditional, tactile experience. It often results in higher individual bids from a smaller audience and works well at events where intense competition isn’t expected. This method focuses on securing strong bids from fewer participants.

What prizes are best for auctions?

How long should an auction run for?

For digital auctions, we recommend a duration of no more than 1–2 weeks. Time-pressured auctions tend to perform best, as concentrated attention and urgency help drive frequent and competitive bidding. Longer auctions can lose momentum and lead to reduced bidding.

Which bidding method is best for me?

The best bidding method depends on your event’s size and audience. Your dedicated Superstars Account Manager will guide you through the options to ensure the most effective approach. As a general rule, sealed brochure bidding works well for events with fewer than 300 guests, while digital bidding tends to deliver stronger results at larger events where higher participation and competitive bidding can be maximised.
